What went into Alex & Jamie’s plan
Alex and Jamie gave Lennea their guest list, their tables and a little guidance about who belongs where. Lennea used that to work out a first arrangement they could review table by table.
Lennea is seating plan software for wedding seating plans and other private events. Review each table, move guests, save versions and settle the arrangement yourself.
Alex and Jamie started with 56 guests and eight tables, including one long banquet table. The table sizes and capacities give Lennea the frame for the plan.
They grouped guests by the circles they actually belong to: Alex’s family, Jamie’s family, school friends and work friends. This gives the plan its social shape without forcing every table to stay within one group.
They marked the couples and other guests who needed to share a table. Lennea keeps those pairings together while arranging everyone else.
They added the placements that needed more thought, including guests who should sit apart and people who needed a particular table.
